HP Mini 5103, as new version of HP Mini series, supports faster DDR3 memory. Maybe you will find tiny difference between HP Mini 5103 and HP Mini 5102. But HP Mini 5103 boasts a choice of a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 or 1.86GHz Intel Atom N475 processor, and 1,333MHz DDR3 RAM. At least HP has introduced silent updates such as a 7200RPM hard drive that speed up loading time, an integrated accelerometer which shuts off the hard drive whenever it detects a fall, and a magnesium alloy case.

HP Mini 5103 features an optional Broadcom HD video accelerator to support full HD video playback. Mini 5103 also comes with optional touchscreen display to keep up with the times. Besides, HP Mini 5103 provides many options like a hard drive or solid state disk, and SUSE Linux, Windows 7 Starter, or Windows 7 Home Premium.

HP Mini 5103 specification include up to 2GB memory, 10-inch widescreen display (optional multi-touch support), 160/320GB hard drive or 80/128GB SSD, Intel GMA 3150 graphics, Broadcom Crystal HD accelerator, WiFi, Qualcomm Gobi chipset for 3G, and 6-cell battery.

HP Mini 5103 seems available in Italy at the moment but we’ll keep our eyes focusing on whether HP Mini 5103 will be available in US or not.
