Acer‘s next generation Nettop Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop debuted at IFA 2010 in Berlin. Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop is thinner than the first generation with an almost Playstation inspired design. And Acer Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop features an AMD Athlon II Neo K325 (1.3 GHz) dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 160GB hard drive.
Acer Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop is expected to wow the audience because it’s one slim Nettop that also comes equipped with the following: WiFi, DVD burner, optical audio and HDMI output, USB ports and Ethernet port, S/PDIF and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Somewhat surprisingly, slimmest Acer Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop opted to include NVIDIA’s Ion platform for graphics, as opposed to the Radeon 4200-series chips that usually accompany these processors. However, performance should be comparable while keeping power-usage and heat-levels nice and low.
Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop will arrive with Revo Pad wireless remote control for a touch control experience. Slimmest Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop will definitely appeal to those who love slim devices since this one is thinner compared to its predecessor.
Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop is expected to be released in Asia first, then in Europe at an unknown price. But according to the source Slimmest Aspire Revo RL100 Nettop should be available soon in Hong Kong for somewhere around HKD$4000.
