Asus U36JC Laptop Review——Design
The Asus U36JC is an ultra-portable, 19mm-thick and 1.44kg-heavy laptop featuring a 13.3” LED-backlit laptop and an aluminum-magnesium alloy case. Several variations are available, but common features include an Intel Core i3 or i5 CPU, integrated or Nvidia graphics, DDR3 1066MHz RAM, and a 7200rpm SATA drive.

Asus U36JC use the chiclet keyboard, The rounded matte keys are overly clickly and have a bit too much travel for our liking.
Under the keyboard is the touchpad,it also adopted in silver spraying craft.It`s surface is fine and smooth. Below the touch buttons is state the indicator light that help you to understand the notebook is whether operation or not.

In the left side,the Asus U36J have a Power interface、VGA video output port、HDMI output interface and a USB port.In the right, it has the Audio input/output interface、5 in 1card reader slot、2×USB2.0 and the RJ – 45 interface.

The laptop will house the Windows 7 OS and either a 4, 6, or 8 cell battery. Other expected components include Wireless, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth, and a low-resolution webcam. There’s also mention of both HDMI and USB 3.0 functionality.

The best part about NVIDIA’s Optimus shutting off the GPU when it isn’t needed is the battery savings, and for its size and weight, the U36Jc’s endurance is actually quite good.
